Well check your Windows Messenger Video settings or whatever. That is most likely the reason. In addition, I have a laptop Dell Inspiron 1000 and added a Logitech camera and every day I turn on my computer, a warning appears and says ALWAYS busy server. It's annoying because it will continue coming up.
