This is what i plan my system to be, i was wondering, the heat produced off of it, would you people reccomend a high quality fan being installed?

Leaving the sides off the case won’t keep it any cooler! In fact, it makes things worse. The case/chassis is designed to channel airflow around the various heat producing areas.
