A good thing to get in a card reader. They have external (uses USB) or they have internal ones that you install inside your PC. 22-In-1 Media Card Readers are the best! They are fairly cheap, around $20-40.
I have one of these, and they are the greatest thing. It gives me capabilities of using any memory card with no hassle. You just plug it in and put in your card and everything is great.
It also adds additional USB.
