Can larger size Compact Flash card (CF) be used by my HP photosmart camera 215?
I found this camera I bought 10 years ago still working. Inside it has a 32MB Compact Flash memory card. Does anyone know the size limit for this HP Photosmart digital camera? I can buy a 32MB CF card at Ebay. But I prefer something like 1GB if it can take it. Thanks.
I have been to HP site and read the original menu. It did not specify the size limit. It only says this camera uses Compact Flash type I memory card. Since I can buy up to 2GB Compact Flash type I card, does it mean I can use 2GB CF type 1 card?
I think it can take 2GB Compact Flash type I memory card because I found one Amazon vendor is selling 2GB CF type I card for HP Photosmart 315 which is a sister model in the same time period.
Probably not more than 1gb, and more likely 512mb is all the camera will support.
HP may still have the specs for it online, or even better the manual. That little tidbit would be in there.
