Wireless IP Camera outdoors?
Hello, I need help with IP cameras, wireless IP camera need outdoor work with OS X 10.5. Much of the camera I looked at say I need windows to use them, but if you see the video through aa web broswer, why I need windows? Any idea what camera to buy would be helpful. Thank you very much Coppers15
Your best bet is to buy a PC with Windows on it, or install Windows (XP best results because some things are still not comptiable with Vista) on your Mac, either using Bootcamp (I think that's what it's called) or just another partition. Most of the camera and everything is made to work with Windows for some reason. You do not want to install Windows, you can always google a Windows emulator and install it on your Mac and then run. exe. Just a side note, if you're planning to spy on someone with the cameras and get you, you can get into some big, big problem. if you are thinking about this I suggest that even they do.
