The son owners who are working for another company office, recently my co-worker skype download to your PC and put a video camera to the top on your PC. You have in your record so you can monitor our office at all times. Is this illegal at all? I'm human resources for the company. They refuse to give me an office and I am compelled to work outdoors. I can handle a large amount of confidential information, calls, etc. If this interferes with my work is also reasonable to make this which uspet or illegal. the ladies in the office all feel invaded and annoying. What are our rights? There are no problems with theft or anything. Just to listen and do see what we are doing. Thoughts anyone???
Perfectly permissible, provided it is not anywhere that would violate their privacy (as in the bathroom). You handle confidential calls to say, but feel to the weather. How can I prevent others around you in the office to hear the call?
