What am I suppose to do in order to transfer the pictures to my PC?
My PC does not recognize my digital camera and do not know what to do:-s … AID PLEASE! Note: "My BenQ is a camera (model DC C800)-My PC OS is Windows XP Media Center Edition.
You must install the software and drivers for most digital camera before plugging them in. If connected first, you have to go into Device Manager (Control Panel> icon System> Hardware tab> Device Manager) and find the list to the camera (or an unknown device), right click on it and uninstall it. After installing the software and drivers and reconnect the camera. Should work after that.
