questions about the EOS Rebel XSi Black 12.2 MP digital SLR camera?
I think this is the digital camera I buy. I can buy without a lens, but I do not know if my lenses from my Canon EOS Rebel Ti (film) work with him. My lens is Tamron. Please help me figure this out – Thanks
Both cameras use Canon EF mount, so your lenses will work with the new camera. However, due to smaller XSI sensor – lens 1.6 x factor will increase. What this means, that the coverage of each of your goals will be 1.6 times what it was in the body of the film. So your objective 28-80 is 45-128 in coverage referred (still held the same manner as the focusing distance, DOF, etc..) So you may want to consider the kit lens of 18 to 55 to cover the wide angle, unless you already have a similar goal, or you do not need this kind of wide-angle coverage. Or if you already have this type of lens – 10/20 different lenses or something similar to the reality of wide (20 mm lens angle of 10 same deck of 16-32mm on film) from the body. a LEM.
